Conversion of traditional classrooms into smart classrooms is the requirement
What are we doing? How are we treating our children with their studies? What usually happens in a classroom? Yes, the answer is hidden with the search engines. We being the adults prefer Google for getting answers to almost all our questions. Like, at times we even search answers for the questions which are not relevant to us in any manner.
Same happens in classroom, the teacher and the children today are dependent on mobiles, laptops, for the answers that they are seeking while studying. Teacher suggests children to look Google for the answers of their questions while doing their homework. And then if any issue comes children can ask them. This is usually happening; all of us are somehow relying on search engines, which is kind of okay for our answers. But this needs to have a proper procedure, a procedure that carries step-by-step preparation of everything.
So the conversion of traditional classrooms into smart classrooms is today’s need. We must understand this. This procedural management will help a lot to the students and to the teachers both.
How?
Well, here are the answers.
- It will help in saving time –
Yes, of course! When the classrooms will be smart then teachers will not ask their students to look through Google or any other search engine, after reaching home as their homework. And this will help the students in getting answers to their doubts immediately.
- So many questions can be dealt at a time –
With every student being equipped with smart devices they can easily answer to the questions. That are not very tough in nature on their own. For small doubts they need not run to their teachers. They can answer them on their own with the help of smart learning. They will need teacher only when big and tough doubts are there. It will ultimately help save time.
- Saving papers –
When students can use smartphones or tablets as their notebooks, then what is the need to carry paper and pen? The question is valid enough. And is justifying the point itself that when a student can carry his notes with him on his phone then what is the need for a paper to jot down the notes taking in the class during lectures?
- Students can concentrate easily –
When in traditional classroom the students are supposed to make notes during the lectures. But when in smart classrooms they are not bound to write or to make notes exactly when the classes are going on, because everything is available on the web or on the application they are using from their schools. Students can concentrate on their studies easily while the lectures are going on. Distraction is going to be minimized.
- Preparation is not going to be a bigger and tougher task then –
Students find their mobiles, their laptops as their best friends today. We can see not only students but we adults also believe that all our works are incomplete without the presence of our smartphones. And so we carry our smartphones everywhere with us. We should start using smartphones in a way that is going to help our children in all the ways they are using the internet, smartphones, laptops, etc.
- The course will not be delayed –
When we will have everything planned and well prepared before executing the plan. Then the execution happens in a more smooth way. This is because we know already where we can lack in future. And so we are already equipped with solutions to the problems that are supposed to be coming in future. So the preparations are already done, before the execution of the course.
- Children will somehow start liking their studies –
Yes, when they will find their studies full of knowledge and fun at the same time they will like it obviously. When children will be able to see that what they are reading is actually having a full–proof video to prove those sentences, then they will ultimately understand it easily and they will like it for sure. Otherwise the things are way too much monotonous in the traditional ways.
- Smart classes are going to be a great helper in teaching –
Obvious one! Teachers will then be able to take help and their teaching will be more fun for them and for children too. This is because they will be having proper video right after saying a sentence full of Science in it, to prove it the very next moment.
No any thing is tough in today’s world, and we know this fact. All we have to do is believe in it with our hard work as the major component in it. Online classes were always the ultimate future since ages but we never knew that they are going to meet us this early. But, that’s good news, we are moving forward, we are learning a lot many things with the passage of time. No one knows how education is going to evolve in near future after this big change.
